Priyanka Chopra is an Indian film actress and former Miss World.She was born on July 18, 1982 in Jamshedpur,Jharkhand.Her father is Ashok Chopra working in Indian Army and mother Madhu Akhauri is a house wife.Her childhood was spent in Raiberrili,Uttarpradesh;Massachusettes.Her mother came from a bihari kayastha family.She has a brother Siddharth.who is 7 years older than her.In 2000 Priyanka Chopra won the Miss World title.After that she was first assigned to a tamil film Thamizhan in 2002.Her first bollywood entry was in the film The Hero,Love story of a spy which was hit according to the Box Office in 2002.In the same year she also acted in the film Andaaz against Akshay Kumar.She won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award for her acting in Andaaz.Later she acted in Abbas Mustan's Aitraz in 2004.Her first super hit film was Mujhse Sadhi koroge(2004).After two years in 2006 she acted in Krish against Hrithik Roshan which was also a super hit.In the same year her role in DON was widely reputated.Thus she established herself without any source.
